Prioritizing Mental Health Awareness

Recent tragic events have taken a toll on all of us. Be sure to pay attention to your mental well-being during these trying times.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and recent tragic events, we’d like to dedicate some time talking about this important topic. Several months ago we spoke with a licensed psychologist, Jessalyn Klein, about various strategies for preventing and overcoming burnout. 

Between a seamlessly never-ending pandemic, otherworldly concerns, and Zoom fatigue – chances are you’ve been feeling the burnout to some degree.
