I’ve spent the last 10+ years scaling partner ecosystems at high-growth companies, focused on developing strategic relationships, building products, leading high-impact initiatives and driving revenue. Most recently, I was the Head of Strategic Alliances (and first partnership hire) at Gladly, a customer service platform for eCommerce/Retail/Travel & Hospitality brands, where I built the initial strategy and foundation of the partnership team. I developed the partnership strategy, hired and managed the team responsible for building/launching new integrations and supporting partners building to Gladly’s APIs and led all GTM activities with their ecosystem of partners. Prior to that, I spent seven years at Demandbase building their partner ecosystem and launching new partnerships with companies like Salesforce, Drift, Adobe and Oracle as well as spearheaded innovation projects to unlock new product capabilities and revenue streams.
