For all of you who were worried we didn’t make it back from Miami – we survived! There were too many mojitos, a couple of late nights, and an ill-advised 5k run in peak Florida summer heat but after a planned break we’re excited to get back to your weekly dose of industry news!
September has Been the Hottest Month for Partnerships Since Records Began!
New Partner Programs:
Lattice launched Lattice Connect, their shiny new partner program for the HR industry. This one features a quote from PL co-founder Tai Rattigan.
Postman launched their Partner Ecosystem Program, shouts out to Smit Patel for getting that one off the ground. We know there are 1,000s of API partners coming to you!
You’ve got problems? Hightouch has Solutions….Partners….in a Program! Congrats to the Hightouch team on this huge milestone!
Joint Solutions and Partnerships:
Action IQ went on a tear launching joint solutions with Slalom, Snowflake AND Databricks (talk about hedging your bets there!). The Databricks joint solution is called HybridCompute – ‘No one knows what it means, but its provocative’. We might need an IT Google Translate but it sounds cool!

First up, @Jay Howard from Flywheel Search Group from our Recruitment Partners at Flywheel search dropped some serious knowledge on stock options. Members, If you haven’t already, take about 10 mins to watch his videos.
@Brendan Siebecker (Atlan) is looking to put together a strategy doc in collaboration with his Product team, have you done this before? Members responded with ideas of breaking programs down into categories, tiers, and having a GTM plan by tier. Have other ideas? Members, feel free to ping him!
@Adrienne Coburn (Oyster) posted in #09_partner-programs asking about deal registration and the Partner Relationship Object in Salesforce.
