Gautham Pandiyan is a scientist-turned-software afficianado, on the Global Partner Ecosystem leadership team @ Qualtrics. Gautham builds & grows win-win, mutually beneficial partnerships & teams for Qualtrics partners focused on “Experience Management” (XM), the next big technology category (like ERP, CRM, etc.). Gautham has driven 9-figures of revenue impact, built $1B partnership visions with partnerships, and helped develop people, programs and ecosystem maturity at scale during his time at Qualtrics.

Gautham has been repeatedly promoted in every single one of his jobs, reporting to CEOs in prior jobs & being part of management teams, and helping drive both GTM strategy & execution. He previously led the revenue & partnership team in driving 3X-revenue growth for a Mobile App software company & turning it into Microsoft’s Government Partner of the Year.

He subsequently led the partnership & revenue team at a Predictive Marketing software company (amongst a successful pivot), to unique alliances with Salesforce, FedEx & other market leaders, and a successful acquisition exit.
