Accessibility Goes Mainstream Within Tech

More and more companies focus efforts on increased accessibility to a wider range of individuals.

As more and more companies begin to prioritize accessibility for their consumers, a Korea-based company recently launched the Dot Pad – a compact device that converts web pages to braille. While technology like Apple’s VoiceOver technology was a step in the right direction, the Dot Pad propels accessibility technology even further.

Similarly, several years ago Microsoft released the Adaptive Xbox Controller. The new tech made it easier for physically-disabled individuals to play their favorite games.
