Diane Schmidt leads the North American Partner team Managing Optimizely’s Solution Partner network, comprised of over 150 digital agency and system integrator partnerships. She also leads Partner Operations on a global basis. Passionate about process, she has over 25 years of experience in partnership management in content management, e-commerce, PIM and experimentation SaaS companies. She has consistently exceeded partnership targets for the last 6 years. She has deep experience with partnership programs, partner business planning, partner operations, as well as PRM selection and implementation. She is recognized as a 5-time winner of CRN’s Women of the Channel Award. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Illinois, with concentrations in global business and digital marketing.
